Ordered food and although it was delivered in a timely manner, part of my order was missing. I had to attempt to contact the takeaway multiple times before anyone answered. They knew why I was calling without me having to tell them. I was told the food was 10 minutes away - they knew what was missing. I waited 25 minutes and when it came it went straight in the bin. The chicken nuggets were rubbery and soggy.
